Hi,
Does anyone know what app error 200 means? This message has bee on my bold's screen for some time now and I can't turn it on, I've tried ressesting it.. Pls help!! thanks

Thanks!! unfortunately the first time I tired the downloads where almost over then a message came up on the computer saying there was a "fatal error" and that I had to try again.. and now desktop manager doesnt seem to be able to connect to my bold. Any tips??

Hello boldproblems,
I would surely give our web-based software loader a try. You will notice that this application looks a lot like BlackBerry Desktop Manager if you have used it before. When you go to this page you should click "check for updates" if it is visible, but if it isn't visible you can look just below the url line on your browser as the ActiveX control may need permission to install. Please also bear in mind that at this point the data that was on your device is almost certainly gone and you will need to restore your information from a backup or another source (e.g. Outlook).
