Running BES 126.96.36.199 with Exchange 2003 SP2 User has an 8700 running 188.8.131.52
The user has created a separate folder in his mailbox, not under his inbox. He has set a server side rule so that when he is CC’d and not in the TO field, it should be moved to this specific folder. This is working fine. However, this information cannot be reconciled to the handheld when moved by the rule. When manually moving items into the folder, it works fine. Even when manually reconciling it, the emails put there by the rules is not picked up.
These are the details of the rules:
The Waiting_on rule works, but the _info, one doesn't. I've asked the user to see if switching the rules makes a difference, as well as remove the conditions. Anyone have any similar issues?
Waiting_on: Apply this rule after the message arrives where my name is in the CC box and from THE USER IN QUESTION move it to the _Waiting_On folder
Info: Apply this rule after the message arrives where my name is in the Cc box and where my name is not in the To box move it to the _Info folder except if from CEO or CFO or ...
Anyone have any idea as to why this could be happening and what I can do to fix it? Would like to avoid blowing it away and starting over so soon....
