Redirection of all folders not working

We're running BES 4.1.4.17 and our Handheld is a Tour 9630 on the Verizon Enterprise Server Plan.  In the BB manager we selected the folders to be redirected and can see them all, even the ones not redirected, on the HH.  On the HH we can't see any emails in the redirected folders.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

So you see the folders but no emails in it on the HH?

 

No messages are displayed in subfolders following enterprise activation.

I don't have "redirection' in the messages options window.  Must have something to do with setting up the HH from the desktop rather than email.

All set.  Also find out that after setting up this feature only new emails are shown, not ones already in sub folders.

That is correct. you can however force prepopulation by reactivating with a different device or reactivate the same device with this reg hack

 

 

 

This is a registry hack to force pre-population:

Procedure:

1. In the Registry Editor, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents\.
2. Create a new DWORD value named ForceMsgPrepopOnActivation.
3. Set the value to 1 to turn this on.

But this will still only get your 14 days 750 emails back.

 

Depending on your version of BES you may be able to search those folders.
