Resending Service Books

I've got a BES server with approximately 450 users on it.  I need to push out new service books to all users.  What's the best way to accomplish this while minimally impacting the policy service or BES server?  Thanks!

Re: Resending Service Books

Select users 50 at a time and do resend service books.

Wait a half hour and do the next batch.

Welcome to the forums.

I'm curious why you're sending all new service books.  Was there an issue?

Re: Resending Service Books

Thanks Juwaack!

I recently installed the Lotus Sametime connector on this server after BES had already been installed for some time.  We would also like to push out the Enterprise Messenger client to these users.  However, after piloting we noticed that users weren't able to sign into Enterprise Messenger and were receiving, "Service not enabled for this handheld".  Only after resending service books were users able to sign into the app.
