Hello, We are having a problem with out of our users (who happens to be the CEO) where her sent items are being moved to her deleted items folder in outlook. We have conferred with microsoft, pretty much reset her outlook client, cleared all the rules, etc, and the problem was still occuring and than they suggested it may be the blackberry. After looking it would appear that the items get moved around the time of a sync with the blackberry server.

We are running a BES server on Exchange 2007, and no one else is having this problem. Her "Email Reconciliation" options are as follows: Delete on Mailbox and Handheld, Wireless Reconcile is on, and On Conflicts Mailbox wins. Her assistant has the same options and hers is not doing it. Are there any other options i should be looking at or changing?

I think this needs to be address by our BES experts...who hang out in a different forum usually. But, don't double-post, we will have this moved momentarily to the correct place:

So it would appear that she is seing the sent emails on the BB and clicking delet on them to get rid of them, then wondering why the same is being reflected on the Outlook Sent items! Correct?

Change the setting on the HH:

Messages - Options - General Setrtings - Hide Sent Items.
