Setting up a French Blackberry on BES

Hello, i need some advice im trying to setup one of our users french blackberry on our UK BES Server is this possible? as it doesnt seem to want to work,

I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

Countries dont matter.

 

But it needs a BES data plan.
