Slow Folder Reconciliation - BES Novell GroupWise

Hi All,

Have a new BES for GW running version 4.1.7.68 with a GW client running at  8.0.2.10840 and the PO is 8.0.2

We are migrating some of our users.  Separate systems - the existing system is in the UK; new one in the US.

Having an odd situation with users who create a new folder in their mailbox and then move messages in those folders.  After 10 minutes, the messages are out of the folder and back into the main mailbox.  I found that the folder is not seen on the BES until approximately 4 hours later.

Then they are OK to move the messages.

Did a test with a user who had not yet been migrated - his BB doesn't see the folder either, but the messages stay put in that folder.

Both the BES and BB are set to Server Wins /Mailbox Wins.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: Slow Folder Reconciliation - BES Novell GroupWise

Sorry, should have mentioned that we set this up running OAPI instead of SOAP.   I've been told  there are possible issues relating to SOAP and crashing POAs at our sites running GroupWise on Windows servers.
