Software upgrade for BlackBerry® Professional Software Express

Hi to all,

 

Thanks to a friend I am using with great pleasure BES on my Domino servers. One licence just for me, but I would like to upgrade to new release (currently 4.1.4 with Domino 8.0.1 and I will upgrade to Domino 8.5), is it possible? Is there a link?

Not possible.  You must use only BPS upgrades;  BES upgrades are only for BES, not BPS

is not true, you can upgrade to full bes 4.1.6 with it for a fee.

I think we've read this question differently; that said, we're both correct.

 

1) You cannot use BES 4.1 SP6 to upgrade BPS 4.1 SP4 to BPS 4.1 SP6

2) You can use BES 4.1 SP6 + BES one-time upgrade license to upgrade BPS 4.1 SP4 to BES 4.1 SP6

 

I hope this clarifies both of our comments.
