BlackBerry Technical Support Services customers recently started receiving a monthly newsletter called Solve that contains fixes and workarounds for common technical issues. The aim of the newsletter is to educate our customers and proactively provide them with information that will help them support their BlackBerry Smartphone users.
If you’re currently receiving the newsletter, we would like to know what you think. How are we doing so far? Do you find the information useful? Do you have any suggestions for future editions of the newsletter? Please use this thread to share your thoughts and suggestions.

I had some time to check it out, guess I have been missing out on some good info.![]()
The layout is user friendly and professional looking. I like the text controls and the print icon is handy too.
The fact you can goto past Solve eNewsletters with a click on the bar to PAST ISSUES section is a very nice feature so you will not miss a thing.![]()
There are some great tips in the TECH TRICKS section and if you have a good one, you can send in yours.
There were also some discounts for events, that makes it worth your while to look at it. Ka-ching!
You can see the faces and read more about the people that are listed in the CONTRIBUTORS section.
There are quite a few webcasts available to sign up for. I might watch one during lunch.
So over all I like the Solve eNewsletter. My only minor complaint is the area in the upper right looks like a link since the text is blue.
