Hello
I current have a balckberry that the outlook 2003 subfolders are not syncing with the Blackberry 9000. We are running BES 4.0. In BES I have setup folder redirection selecting all the folders and also tried Inbox and sent items setting. Wireless Reconcillation/Syncing is enabled for the user and also on the Blackberry The user is recieving his emails with no problem. When the emails are read or moved into a subfolder the Blackberry does not update the subfolder or that the message has been read. I have moved the message out of the inbox and back into subfolder with no success and also set up the user on a a spare blackberry with the same results. This was working for this user a month ago, but something has changed somewhere. Anyone got any ideas? Many Thanks.
Kev

Are you running the latest version of BES?
Check your BES version number
1) Go to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet (Start > Run > appwiz.cpl )
2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support information.".
3) The publisher listed should be "Research In Motion" and the Version will be the exact version of BES currently installed.
Also you can learn more about the MR level with the bundle number too.
