the 'specific' dll means CDO.dll?
The KB knttyrope suggested are the only reasons for one way calendar sync, either permission or cdo.dll version. further to that, how many bold users are affected? Are they in the same user group as your Curve users, e.g. in a protected group? See http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB12309

Yes, I'm referring to the cdo.dll as well as one other whose name escapes me at the moment. If I take your meaning correctly regarding protected groups: the BESAdmin account is not a member of any of the protected groups. Additionally all the 'Send As' related permissions are set per the documentation.

Sorry mate, I should explain myself clearer. The KB I refered to is to give you an example what protected group means. So any of those affected users are in the below groups?

The following are protected groups in Windows Server 2000 SP4, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008:

So I take you only have one Bold user and only that user has one-way calendar sync issue, right? And I take both your Curve user and Bold user are on the same Exchange server and mailbox store?
If so, are you able to test that Bold user with a 'working' Curve and vice versa?
