Updating Upgrading, which SP do I apply

I am running BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.3.16 (small business edition)

for Exchange 2003 (which has been kept current with updates)

I am interested in updating the all the software.

I have had no issues, just saw some of the security fixes

at what point do I start? (which SP going forward)

Get SP6 it will contain all SP's previious to it.

Also install MR2

You can do it all with one reboot

Backp DB

diable all BES services and SNMP.

run SP6 dont reboot when done, run MR2 dont reboot when done, do PDF update if you wish

then reboot

Thanks, Just making sure the SP was cumlitive, thanks for the advice on reducing multiple reboots.
