I have (2) 4.1.4 servers that I am planning to upgrade to 4.1.6

Each server has approximately 200 users/devices. My plan is to move all users to one server, upgrade that server, then upgrade second server, and move users back.

Would you move users? If so, which way? 1st server upgraded or 2nd?

4.1.4 to SP6 was fairly painless for most.

Just make sure your database is backed up and go for it.

Are both sharing a database or seperate?

If sharing then you have to do both at the same time.

If seperate moving users will not be fun since you have to activate on the new server and may require a wipe before doing so.

Yes, both servers are sharing a database.

I assume the database gets upgraded when the first server is upgraded.

The datbase is modified, you must do both at the same time and also remote BlackBerry Manager as well.
