Does anyone know where to find the unlock key needed for the upgrade? I used the license key, but it did not work.
Thanks,
JS

Hi JSareen,
Please clarify, the service does not require an unlock Key.
What is the actual wording of the error? Which part of the install is this promtping you?
The only keys asked for are the CAL and SRP/Authentication Key but if you are upgrading this will find this from the Database, as you mention you are upgrading.
I went from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 and nothing of the sort was prompted.

Hello,
If you performing an in place upgrade it should just work and use your current SRP and CALS.

Hi Gareth,
Thanks for the response. When I launched the setup fpr the upgrade, the first thing that popped up was a window that had the following message: 'To continue upgrading to a full BlackBerry Enterprise Server, type your unlock key.'
Now the issue is that I have tried both the CAL and SRP keys, but nothing seems to work.
Thanks,
JS

Ah...makes sense now.
You are Small Business or Professional, Right?
Unlock Keys are used to upgrade from SMB top Full Entperprise.

Service Pack 5 is not available for Professional...4.1.4a is the latest.
Service Pack 5 is for Full Enterprise at the moment.
When you download from the bb.com site via downloads, make sure you select the Professional Link...not the Enterprise Server link.
