WIPE COMMAND IS MISSING

I am runnig BES 4.1 and I lost the Wipe decive option... help please

When I right click on users, I used to be able to send wipe command now all of the sudden I lost it.

Could someone tell me how to get this option back again.

is the device PIN shown in the manager?

did you restart BES?

I did reset Bes and yes pin are showing but its Wipe option missing for all users now...
