Where to get the BES activation password?

Where can I get the BES activation password? I bought the product 2nd hand and I don't have any idea if this phone is an enterprise phone or not. Can I just reset this to factory default inorder for me to use a personal email account?

if not then you have a personal phone, then you need to get a BlackBerry dataplan from your carrier
