Windows Server version for BES?

Hi

We are about to install a Windows 2008 Server for BES 5.0.3 in one of our main offices. However, I'm not sure about one thing, as far as I know, BES 5.0 is a 32 bit application server, correct?

In which case, is there any need to use Windows 2008 Server Enterprise? As far as I know, the main reason for using Enterprise is the ability to use more than 4GB RAM, but if the app itself is 32 bit, then surely we can stick to Windows 2008 Server Standard version?

Re: Windows Server version for BES?

always go 64 bit whenever possible unless it requires 32 bit

Even though BES is 32 bit, it can still use up a lot of RAM.
