Wireless Software Updates Issue 5.0.3

Hi,

 

We have just upgraded from BES 4.x to 5.0.3 but i'm having an issue finding all the relevent software under 'Search for new wireless BlackBerry Device Software bundles'.

 

It pulls back the latest software fro 9900/9810/9360

 

However we have a lot of 9320/8520 devices and i cant see why it isnt pulling back upgrade software for these devices.

 

Anyone got any ideas what i can try?!

Guess your Wireless Service Provider does not provide a wireless update for the missing devices.
