If you just want to know if a user can recieve e-mails. Send that user an email with the following in the subject line "<confirm>" or "<$confirm, removeondelivery>" followed by the actual subject and you'll get a confirmation email when the message is recieved.

 

It's quite different and involves a lot of work if you need to trace an email if it was delivered to the device. This involves using MFCMAPI to get the reference ID of a specific email from the user's mailbox and tracing the reference id on BES if it was sent out.

When I sent a message a person I want to get message delivered report. Email read report.

yes its ok. But it is for blackberry internet service but I need for blackberry enterprise service. I cant fount it anywhere. it will be same or different?
