can someone tell me why when i enter a contact on a blackberry or from groupwise that is syncing with groupwise novell address the phone number changes to what is in the gloabl address book of groupwise. can this be modified somewhere. the problem is in the novell address book phone numbers are listed with 5 digits, because internally thats what you can dial, but on the phone of course you need 7 digits. can this be changed? or do we just have to deal with it? can something be changed on the server. please help
