Is it possible to change from enterprise server setup to internet service setup?

if so, someone please post how to do?

Sure.

Remove the user from the BES

Backup the device

Wipe the device

Configure the device through the Carrier's BIS site

restore any required data

Be aware that by using BIS you get less functionality than you do with BES, such as full native wireless PIM sync ...

Oh ... and then call the carrier and change the users BlackBerry data plan from BES to BIS.

You don't *need* to do this step, but you'll save probably $10/mo by doing so.

Just note, if you want to activate on the BES, you'll need to change back to a BES data plan.

Another question,  is it possible to transfer contact infomation (from the blackberry) to a different computer (outlook)?

Without converting BES to BIS?  To make this complicated, I cannot access the computer that is setup to do BES.

Use Desktop Manager to backup the data on the HH; then you can restore the data later to the HH and sync to Outlook (or some other client supported by Intellisync).
