We are having issues with a customer and their BES (version 4.0.3.7). It appears it has been poorly maintained and is causing issues with the connection to our servers.
The problem is consistent across the board with all OS and devices (minimum 4.1).
Are there any issues that anyone is aware?
Right now we are planning to install the latest SP on their BES. The application works fine (many devices and OS versions) when on our BES or BIS.
Any other thoughts out there?

The BlackBerry Browser does not work either however the Internet Browser does work.

this has happen to me it wont letme go on the internet and ive seen on the internet that i have to delete everything on my phone (apps ) so i have done and the problem still consists

does it work on an OS 5 devices with internet browser?
