since a few days I do not have access to internet with my blackberry 9000 bold. A message is displayed, that at the actual location data communication is not possible. This happens whereever I am. The display of my blackberry shows 3g, although full connectivity should be given. My provider says, all is fine.
Does anyone has an idea, what I can do?

Have you tried a differnet browser?
Can the BES server get to those websites?
Is MDS CS running?

If your device is showing 3g, it means you do not have a data connection to the service provider's network. You need 3G (note the capital 'G') in order to have a full data connection.

Try to reset the device by removing the battery for 30 seconds. After the device reboots is if your signal shows '3G' as CerealBypass mentioned.
