Im trying to sync media files from my bbq10 through BlackBerry Link. I can sync Music and Videos however when I try to sync pictures I get
X sync did not complete
A problem occurred while trying to access your media library

Are you using BlackBerry Link for PC or Mac? Also what version of BlackBerry Link are you using?
Have you tried transferring the pictures through My Computer or the Mac Desktop? Were you successful?

What was the solution for this?
The error I'm getting is "Synce did not complete" "A problem occured while attempting to access your media library.. (The sync did not complete.)
I'm using a Q10 and 188.8.131.52 of BlackBerry Link on a Windows 7 Dell laptop.
I can access the files on the BBQ10 through windows file explorer, its just not syncing.
If i attach a coworkers blackberry Q10 the sync works fine. I have the same issue on another Win 7 workstation where I tried it too.

I have the same error
I can sync videos but not pictures.
I can access the pictures through windows explorer and move them to my desktop but can not sync them.

I am still getting this error.
I go to pictures and choose copy to computer and I get this error.
When I do the same for videos, they move perfectly but pictures give this error.

I have this issue with every single BlackBerry device I have tried to use with BlackBerry Link, no matter how recent the device OS is, or how new the version of Link may be.
Do any of the experts/moderators of these groups have -ANY- input into what causes this issue? None of the other media types give me any problems -- it's just the music files.
I constantly receive this error when I try syncing music (manually) from my device to my computer via Link:
Sync did not complete
A problem occurred while attempting to access your media library. (The sync did not complete.)
It occurs whether I try syncing one file, an album, or all of the music files at once. When I try setting up a sync relationship, the process seems to last forever and I just wind-up giving up w/zero results or an explanation of what the problem was.
I'm running 10.3.1.2243 on a BlackBerry Z30 (STA100-3).
Any help is greatly appreciated. This is really trifling.

A workaround I would suggest is to create a backup of your data and then perform a security wipe by going to Settings>Security>Security Wipe
Then test the Media Sync prior to restoring any data.
or go through windows explorer and treat the phone as a memory stick. click and drag everything over
