BB ID sign in failure via Desktop (link)

OK, BB desktop (Link) the only problem I have is trying to sign into BB via the desktop; it just stalls.... I tried shutting down firewall, made sure I have the latest update. OK now...wtg BB/RIM about time you got back in the fight...love my Z10!!!!

On an assumption, this thread will be moved to the proper forum...the dedicated LINK board. Please confirm that this is what you are asking about. Desktop Software and LINK are not the same thing. Further, your forum profile states "bold 9650", yet you state Z10 in your post. So please confirm your complete and exact configuration so that we can be sure to be supporting you properly.
