Out of the blue, my BB Link will not show my music library in iTunes or Windows Media Player.
I'm using version 18.104.22.168 and have even reinstalled BB Link.
I tried with WMP and iTunes closed and open.
It worked a few days ago now I'm having no luck - very unusual.
I'm trying to sync my Z10 and Playbook.
HELP!!! I'm tired of having problems with BB!!!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
Do you get any specific errors when you try to synchronize the media? Also are you using a PC or Mac?
Also have you tried uninstalling BlackBerry Link and re-installing it?
I look forward to your reply.

I've reinstalled BB Link several times and even reloaded my laptop (running Win 7). My music shows in Win Media Player and iTunes as it always has but BB Link still says the libraries are empty. I'm getting to the point where I might just send my Z10 and Playbook back to BB and go on Samsung or iPhone as even BB Help on Twitter cant help and expect me to contact my carrier to elevate it to BB. My carrier has nothing to do with this.

I'm having the same problem. I think there is something wrong with the recent update to BB Link as I was able to sync my music using a playlist when I got the first version of the software (back in Feb when the Z10 launched).
The error BB Link is giving me is the following:
"BlackBerry Link wasn't able to load your music library
Close then reopen BlackBerry Link"
I have closed/opened it many times, even tried to reinstall (e.g. remove the program and redownload the application) BB Link, but it still cannot detect my WMP playlists and files. I've double checked my WMP library and all of my music shows up there.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
I'm using a microSD card so dont want to drag/drop music onto the phone as I'll run out of space.
I also use Link to sync music to my Playbook so its really become an issue.
Is there any way to download the previous version of BB Link?

I am having the same issue. Using Windows 8, have installed/uninstalled the latest version of BB Link.
If I set it to use Windows Media PLayer, whenever I open BB Link, it says that it is it is unable to load my music library.
If I set it to use Itunes, it says that I have no music.

Easiest Way around thisif using a micro SD card is to format the card, set as mass storage then access it via my computer (use the USB cable). Copy and paste music, videos, pictures and document. When done and disconnected from your PC, the phone will sort the files and you will be able to access them as if you had used Link. I did this today on both my Z10 and Playbook and it worked for both. Now I'll only use Link for backups as it's hopeless for syncing..
