The problem I am having is that even with wi-fi turned off on my phone under "Storage and Access" the temporary drives on my PC are not created when connected via USB. The drives only show up on my PC when full wi-fi access is turned off and the connection to my wireless network is totally severed. I have tried this on a PCs running windows xp and windows 7 with similar results.

Absolutely appauling. l cannot get Link to connect to Z10 in any fashion, xp or win 7. Tried all the suggestions and noth short of loading on to sd cardm which l havent tried yet but going on this experience wont work either. Connect the Z10 by usb and it doesnt even show up in explorer. 24 month contact at 60 quid a month for this rubbish. RIM/BB you will go down if you dont sort this petty issue out.

If you are having alot of problems contact your cell phone provider and ask them to connect you to Blackberry. Some cell phone prividers may give you the run a round. But stick to you guns. I found that Blackberries support is excellent if you can get a hold of them.

Then, what is the point of the forum?

there are many users facing issues when connecting their devices with link, this is not an isolated case. So if they need some logs or something they should do it on the forum and get this fixed sooner. Instead of having each one of the users going through their service provider to get support which in my case is a no go as my carrier do not have officialy BlackBerry 10 devices.

This really sucks.

I'm having the same problem, BB Link is not connecting to Z10 no matter what I try.
