i want a class action.....
Mabaco, you are right.
I'm also considering to contact our consumer rights' associations about this matter. What I find unbelievable is that Z10 ought to be BB's best products ever and it should save the whole company from bankruptcy... they should have a customer care team ready to solve any issue instead of forcing us to enroll into this public forum to obtain the replies they don't have.

l went to the service provider who tracked down a number to call, 0800 from mobile dont they realise this isnt free even if you got unlimited calls. l called the number from a landline, greeted with a message telling me this was not for public use. Fine, time to do it myself. Fired up BB link and still no connection with z10 via usb or wireless. l left the z10 hooked up to usb, link open also, and restarted the z10. Went away for a while and came back. The device had installed itself and was now visible in BB link. Managed to sync and it installed an update. l also have to add that l had 2 yellow symbols in device manager that l uninstalled along with the blackberry device in network adapters. l will try this on my other machines to see if this works or not.

A bit of an update. Refering to the original machine running xp. l deleted the unknow devices from hardware\system and uninstalled link and rebooted with the z10 connected to usb. Once up and running the machine found devices as before(last time it couldnt install the driver), l took note of the device it was trying to install, BCM20702A0, and did a search. l found what it was Bluetooth Broadcom driver and software. Downloaded and installed both, rebooted with z10 connected. As soon as system was active l noticed a message on the z10 saying no connected to computer. Installed Link and now everytime l connect z10 Link opens and l can now view the z10 in explorer as well. So now to try this on other machines.
