I was really hoping the new desktop software would be better, but I am having huge issues:
1. Everytime it tries to backup, I get an error message that first says "Communication Error" and then "Backup Failed".
2. My entire music library appears to have synched with iTunes, i.e., the folders and genres and playlists and number of songs etc. are listed on my phone, but when I try and play the music on my phone, I get the message "The file can't be played due to an unexpected error. (10)"
HELP! ![]()

I reinstalled BB Link and music synching *seems* to be working... Still no luck with backing up!
