Been googling around about this problem. Looks like its not just me! Tried pretty much everything (I think) and I still can't backup my Z10. I have the latest BB link (v22.214.171.124) and my Z10 is on 10.1.0.4200 (o2 UK). When I try to pick custom back up options it sometimes doesn't even show the options.. I've also deleted all android sideloaded apps.
If someone could help that would be great!

Sideloading applications is not recommended as it can effect certain features of the BlackBerry smartphone, including backing it up. At this point, you may have to reload the BlackBerry 10 software on your device as shown in the article below.
