BlackBerry link unable to update software on Z10

Hi there, does anyone know how or what should I do to get Blackberry link to update the software on my Z10?

 

The help funtion says the following:

 

If a new version of the device software is available for your BlackBerry device, it's listed in the Settings view.

To update your device software make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
  1. On your computer, open BlackBerry Link.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click your device.
  3. Click the Settings icon.
  4. In the Settings view, in the left pane, click Install Update.

Why not perform the update OTA on your Z10, without Link?

 

(backup with Link first, just in case)
