Im trying download blackberry link for my Z10 but everytime it installs it says i need microsoft visual c++ 2010 sp1 redistributable package x86, every time i try install the visual c pckage off the web it says installer not responding? please help

What version of Microsoft Windows are you running?  Also have you tried restarting the computer and using a new browser to download the c++ software?
