Every time I start the blackberry Link software my computer crashes into a bluescreen. I sometimes get to sign in but no further. I am running 64 bit, Windows 7. I never had this issue until i installed this software. I have uninstalled, repaired and reinstalled the software a handful of times to no avail. I need my contacts URGENTLY from my BB9800, but I cannot back it up nor can I transfer the info any other way.
Please help asap. I am very frustrated with this. I saw a few other posts with this same issue, but no solution. I have installed all the latest windows updates as well.

Does your PC have all the system requirements to run blackberry Link?

2.8 Ghz processor, 8GB of RAM, 64 Bit operating system, 578GB free space, Windows 7 ultimate, itunes 11.0.1.12

...and high resolution widescreen, and internet connection.

What is the screen resolution?
What is the processor type?
The problem could also be with the display card spec, and or some driver issues.
