Cannot Sign In with BlackBerry Link

Hi

 

Clicking the sign-in link in BlackBerry Link brings up the log in page after a significant delay.  I put my BlackBerry ID in and nothing happens.  Current version on Mac.  Anyone else?  Solutions?

I have the same issue. It worked the first time when I installed BB Link, and I transferred data from my 9900 to my Z10 successfully. Since then it sits at the "Connecting" stage forever. And yes I can login to the website. Inability to login also means I can't sync files wirelessly with my device. Ideas?

 

System:

OSX 10.8.1

BB Link: 1.0.0 build 79

Device: Z10 with Virgin Mobile

I ended up uninstalling BB Link, removing the "com.rim.*" files in ~/Library/Preferences and then reinstalling. That seems to have fixed it, I can login to BBID again and sync my device.
