My Carrier: rogers

Cannot get Link to work

I have installed Link 3 times now and it will not work, each time I installed it I did reboot my pc.  Link shuts down right after I open it.   I am running windows 7. This is the error messag I receive.

Hi ginger2639 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

When launching the BlackBerry Link Installer, try right clicking on it and choosing "Run As Administrator" to see if that helps.

my same exact problem on Windows Vista 64
just about to return the Z10 (x2 + my wife's)

I had this same problem but now mine starts!

 

I installed .Net 4.5 (rebooted after), re-installed BlackBerry Link and finally it started.

 

Here is what I downloaded:
