HELPPP Blackberry link stopped working

Hey Everyone!!!

 

 

Am on a dead end. Have made several attempts to uninstall and install again blackeberry link nothing seems to work. As soon as click to load the program so that i can back up or sync my Z10, I keep gettin an error message "Blackberry Link has stopped working".

 

I havent done a back up for a while and need to do asap.

 

Everything was working perfectly up to a month ago. Been trying to find a solution for weeks now.

 

PLease help. Sucks sucks

Check you have installed on your PC, Net Framework 4 or higher.
