Very stupidly - and I don't quite know how I've done it - I've managed to disconnect my Q10 from my BB Link so that I can no longer sync my desktop and my Q10. I've looked aropund for a Restore option (meaning "Please can I reconnect my Q10 with my desktop") but I can't find one / the restore option is greyed out. If someone could tell me how I can repair this, I'd be very grateful. At present, if I connect my Q10 with my laptop BB Link simply doesn't recognise it. Many thanks.

What version of BlackBerry link are you using?
When you are in Link along the top, does it show you are signed in with your BlackBerry ID? Or do you see a Sign in Box?
On Link, click on the 3 dots located on the lower, right corner and select Show Disconnected devices. Does your Q10 show up?
When you connect your Q10 to your computer, does it charge?
Are you using Windows or Mac?
