Link & device transfer from Z10 to Q10

I am trying to transfer data from a Z10 to a Q10 using the latest version of Link.  However, Link says that the data cannot be transfered because the OS version of the Q10 is older than the OS version of the Z10.  Both are on 10.1.x.x, but the Z10 has a later OS build.  Both are production devices.  What can I do to transfer the data?

Thanks for the response.  The issue isn't so much the media files, but rather the contacts that have been saved to the device.  How can I get those out?

You may want to synchronize them into a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook then connect the other device to synchronize them back. You will not be able to use the backup file currently for the reasons listed in the posted article.
