I know this has been widely reported but I wanted to re-iterate it in the hopes of dissuading someone from making a big mistake, the same mistake I made yesterday when I ditched my perfectly functioning iPhone for a new Z10, assuming of course that all of the bugs had been worked out and that things would be seemless. Ouch. This is going to be painful.
On another note, Blackberry needs to open their eyes and ears and get a propert tech support department up and running. To have no access to inhouse tech support for such issues is simply un-acceptable.
