Link ver. 1.2.2.13 (newest) will not allow remote access

So far with each link update, remote access becomes more and more difficult to use. I had zero issues with the original version, now it won't even connect to my phone. The File Manager says "Offline" no matter what I do. What I've tried so far:

  1. turning link on and off on the handset
  2. turning all radio's off
  3. signing in and out of link
  4. unistalling and reinstalling Link
  5. resetting handset
  6. resetting pc
  7. turning off firewall
  8. changing the litter box
  9. screaming in tongues

Anyone else having this issue? I'm on a Q10

Hi pinotaur, pinotaur here, i have a solution.

 

Remove all legacy software from your computer ie. Device manager, updater, etc so that the ONLY Blackberry software of your machine is Link.

IT WORKED! I have remote access again, and the entire program seems to be working faster and smoother! Thanks Pino!
