While I do have iTunes on my laptop with a couple hundren songs, Link claims that "There are no songs in your iTune library".
Same thing if I select Windows Media player as the source.
What's up with that?

Here is a screen cap showing iTunes in the background with Link in the foreground.
Link wants me to close and reopen. I have done this half a dozen times. Same result. No music sync.

Sorry about the confusion. Post #2 on this thread is me also (DannoMillano). I was having difficulty with the forum so I created another user account to see if that would clear up the issue. I just used the wrong account when adding additional info to the #1 post.
I hope this did not cheese anyone off

Here is some additional info:
I uninstalled BB Link and reinstalled several times (3)
I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled using default settings.
Neither of these steps corrected the issue.
BB Link can not see any songs in the iTunes library.
