I have repeatedly tried to install Link ver. 220.127.116.11 - it goes through the update process but when I restart I have ver 18.104.22.168
Therefore I continually have the update message required. I am running Windows 7, using Trend Micro for security. The file downloads, the installer seems to work and it shows finished but the version does not change

I would suggest uninstalling BlackBerry Link from Control Panel>Programs and Features and then restart the PC. Then proceed with downloading BlackBerry Link by going to www.blackberry.com/desktop
