Music not playing

I can sync music from pc to device via bb link. shows on device but can't play the music.  on device get message that I have to download original file or licence.

Are these songs downloaded from iTunes or another paid website?  Is the files have DRM content they will not be to be played on the BlackBerry Z10.

I think you sync the shortcut of your music file in device instaed of song, try to sync your song by mass storage option ...
