Need help with LINK backup software

I have backed up my Z30 at least 30 times using LINK since I purchased it 2 months ago. It always showed that it backed up about 600mg….but the last 3 backups show only about 400mg being backed up. The only change I made is to download the lasted bridge update. No other changes. No deleted programs. I also make sure that I select “FULL” backup, not just applications, settings, or media.  Any thoughts on why only 400mg’s of the original 600 mg’s are now being backed up? One thing that is different…on all previous backups the blue backup progress bar would get to exactly 60%, then abruptly finish showing 600 mg backed…now the progress bar goes all the way to 100%, then shows only 400mg…don’t know why that has changed. Should I download a fresh copy of LINK or ?????….any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
