Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the sync in BlackBerry Link.
What version of Microsoft Outlook are you using?
Were you able to configure your sync settings to ensure your active Outlook profile is selected?
Is the sync set for a two way sync or are you doing a one way sync from Outlook to your device?
