Q10, BlackBerry Link Synchronisation with Outlook 2010

Hi, I have some problems with my new Q10, BB-Link an outlook 2010 (I`ve never had such problems with my old Bold and Desktop...).

First Synchronisation was ok, all adresses and calendar entries accepted.

But now no synchronisation is possible. Error indications till now:

- "CPreferencesManager: Configuration Value for /Preferences/Account_1_131073/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB"

- "CPreferencesManager: Configuration Value for /Preferences/Account_2_131073/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB"

Who can help me? Thanks!

Re: Q10, BlackBerry Link Synchronisation with Outlook 2010

Hi juratill,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

The following KB article should provide more information as well as a workaround for the synchronization error you are receiving. "BlackBerry Link displays the error: Sync was unsuccessful error – “CPreferencesManager:Configuration Value for /Preferences/Account_3_196610/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for Translator RimBB”" http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB34453

Let me know if that resolves the issue for you.
