Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with synchronization using BlackBerry Link with your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone.
Can you please provide more details regarding what happen when you attempt synchronization? Does it fails with an error message and if so, can you please provide the full message? At which stage does it fail?
