Sync-Problem Outlook BB Link

Hello there I'm writing from Germany.

Since some days I have the problem, that BB link does not sync my calendar. It says "Terminplanerdaten können nicht verarbeitet werden." (Sorry that the german text that ist shown) I have already installed BB Link all new but it still does not work.

Is there any idea, how I can manage that problem?

Hum, in thic case why dont you update your device to the latest version and see. I think that will solve the problem.

... sorry, but when we´re talking about the softwarversion of BB Link, the 1.1.1.32 is the latest version I´m offered on the BB-Homepage.

yes, you are correct. 1.1.1.32 is the latest version of link. I have the same version and it is working fine at my end. 

 

I was wondering if you have latest OS on your Z10 sometimes it link might work fine after your Z10 is updated in case you havent.

When I push the "Update" button my dvice says that there is the latest softwareversion installes on ist :-(

the latest version of OS for Z10 is 10.1.0.4181 whats yours?

Im getting sick of this...

 

My BB Link is now updated to 1.1.1.41.

Once the Sync worked but now I get the same notice: "KKalenderdaten können nicht verarbeitet werden."

 

Who can help?
