I have installed the latest Link software that is supposed to allow for he synchronization of Outlook data to the BB-Z10, but it does not work. it doesn't even seem to try, as an rror message appears immeditately after the "Next" button is pressed.
has anyone got this working?

Can you please tell me what the full error message you receive is as well as the version of Microsoft Outlook and Windows OS you are using? Is your Outlook data in a pst file or is it synchronized with a webmail account?
