Updating to 1.1

When updating my BB link it starts to unzip and informs me that " Error changing to Unzip to folder" then crashes.  I have looked into Winzip and uninstalled and reinstalled the program, so don't think the problem lies there.  Please help

Re: Updating to 1.1

Hey Agullins,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

I would try following the steps in this KB article to exact BlackBerry Link and then run the setup:

  1. Rename the BlackBerry Link installation file to a .zip extension from an .exe extension.
  2. Extract the contents of the renamed installation file.
  3. Execute the BlackBerryLink.msi file.
  4. Proceed with the installation.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
